And the Hill City Chapter for the Southern Cruisers of Lynchburg Member of the month for June is:

This nomination came from the first officer himself this time.  He laid on a bunch of crap about all the work I do for the club and how I like to put the club first but in reality I know he just wanted to get a photo of my dressed up in my Relay for Life outfit so I could show the world what I do in my off time.

So, not to disappoint Jacker.

I dressed up as a woman in a beauty contest to raise money for the American Cancer Society.  A lot of the Hill City couldn't show up that night to help, but John Eagle showed up with Mary and they helped me get into character for the event.  It was more difficult for John to see me do this than it was for me to actually do it.  All total I raised $364.00 in two hours that night and the contest took in over $5500.00  So, it was worth it.

Thanks to everyone who donated and continues to support my cause.  I know that the Southern Cruisers gives tribute to St. Judes but they are another form of organization that shares my fight to destroy cancer while the disease continues to try to destroy us.
